Quick manip done in Photoshop and Photostudio.
I can't figure out how to bucket fill and use smudge tool, like the pen were you can pick where to smudge and you dont have to like use that one tool that like picks areas. Grsh, so I finished it up in Photostudio.

I hope you like, critiques and favs appreciated:!:

well, the smudge tool in photoshop looks like a little rubbing finger. but it shares the same space as the blur tool, which looks like a raindrop and is usually the default. so find that on your tool bar (and if you use the menus and don't have your tool bar up, go to the window menu and select toolbar to get it)
find the blur raindrop on your toolbar and click it and hold down for a second (or there might be a little triangle on the button--click that) and a little menu will pop up with your other tool options (blur, smudge, and sharpen.)

also the paint bucket tool shares space with the gradient tool, which looks like a rectangle with a gradient in it.

most of the time if you can't find a tool, it's because it is sharing space with another tool. if that makes any sense.

yeah, i don't do much artwork with photoshop but i know tons about it.
hope that helps
